PS On the Red Carpet at the Golden Globes

On Sunday in Los Angeles, celebrities arrived on the red carpet before the event with couture and simply elegant gowns. They all were beautiful, but I do have my favorites.  The haute couture stained the red carpet graciously with such designers as Atelier Versace, Monique Lhuillier and Zuhair Murad to name a few. These designers creations were breathtaking and unforgettable. Here are some of my favs....

Tiffany Evans Listening Party

After revealing her marriage and recent pregnancy to the world, Tiffany Evans wanted to take some time to speak with her fans. On Sunday, July 15^th she hosted an intimate Tweet & Greet/Listening Party at the World Class Event Center in Atlanta where she discussed her personal life and forthcoming EP, “Take 1.” Evan’s new entertainment company, Little Lady Entertainment, partnered with AH Entertainment, Sapphire Ink PR, Red Bull Energy Drink, My Star Access, Little Cuties Bite Size Delectables, Vitamin Water, and SEPHORA to produce “The R&B Experience.” The room was filled with fans, media, and other supportive artist that enjoyed a few exclusive tracks, including her newest single, “If You Love Me.

I had an awesome time and connected with some new bloggers and friends. Tiffany was a treat to meet. She was a very awesome person and I wish her the best with her career.

Amy Atlas in Atlanta

Yes, you heard it right. Amy Atlas will be in Atlanta, Georgia. July 14 at Williams Sonoma located on Peachtree Road.
 I am completely on edge. I was looking through my datebook and was upset totally because I thought I missed it. I tweeted angrily at myself I missed Amy Atlas uggh. Frustrated. Reading without my glasses LoL. I mean I knew better too, I've been wearing them since grade school. Go figure, Anywho!!!  To my surprise, she tweeted back NO it hasn't passed.
 So, you know I'm on cloud nine right now waiting. I mean, I've been following Amy forever. This is one of the women who truly inspired me to walk out on faith and just do this PinkStrawberry thing. I mean I was truly planning to set an appt the next time I was in New York to meet her and when I read on her blog she was doing a book tour. Who couldnt be more pleased than me.  This is a great opportunity for you Strawbabies to let your hair down and get a good read while doing it.

Drum Roll please!!! Her new book is Sweet Designs.

I already bought the book and I must say it is amazing.  The pictures are beautiful, the recipes are simple and I am looking forward to going. I will also be purchasing another one just for her to sign. I mean I should have waited but I've had my book I want to say since April. I mean I couldn't possibly wait all the way until July 14th to get the book.
 I've waited like 2 or 3 years for her to write a book period. I was on a personal countdown to get to the book's release date.  I'm not just saying this to blow hot air, she literally  goes detail to detail on how to create the perfect dessert table.
 Amy 's designs are very inspiring and sometimes intrigues even the most creative of minds. I look at her designs often and ask myself, Where did Amy get this? I almost forgot she even includes candy specifications and measurements.  She is signing only books bought at WilliamsSonoma that day, so if you bought a book and it's from WilliamsSonoma and of course have the receipt she will sign.
 But if you are like me and went to Barnes & Nobles I guess you too will have to buy another book, I mean why wouldn't you this is the perfect gift for any dessert indulger or dessert table designer.

As you know Strawbabies, I am an accessory junkie. I love accessories and especially novelty rings.  This just makes your whole outfit go "POW" anywho. Let's get to the whole point of where this is going. I was surfing the net as usual and I fell in love at first site. I loved it, I first saw Kim Kardasian's younger sisters the Jenners with this ring on and I was like okay, now that is certainly cute and quite different. I have to have it.
I searched high and low for my gun ring and I finally have it. So for all PS haters. "POW"

A couple of months of ago. A close friend of mine asked me about a Diamond and Denim party. Well honestly strawbabies. I had no clue. I was like huh, a who? what is that? She explained that it was basically a party that was a blue jean and diamond type of affair. Well of course, you know me. I had no clue so that meaned research for me. Toni Braxton Dress

I instantly fell in love with this dress. Toni Braxton walked the red carpet for The Hollywood Reporter's Oscar Nominee Night 2012.  This dress was amazing. Toni Braxton looks stunning, she did that!!!  I love Toni Braxton and I am looking forward to what she will give us this year!!!

A Beautiful Mess EP Brunch Hosted by Bryan Michael Cox

I recently had the opportunity to meet Torica. I was invited to "A Beautiful Mess" EP Album Release Brunch hosted by Grammy Award winning producer Bryan Michael Cox held in the Shula's Grill at the Atlanta Marriott Buckhead. I had an opportunity to preview tracks for her upcoming album. I must say I was truly impressed.  As you know I love my strawbabies and I love keeping you informed.  If you haven't heard of  Torica, I must say you are truly missing a treat. Let me introduce you to Torica.

Torica Cornelius, known simply as Torica, is a singer/songwriter born and raised in Columbia,

SC. As a child, Torica spent years nurturing her passion for writing and singing, while developing

the ability to capture the attention of others through her personality and voice. 
After spending weeks on the Billboard charts & receiving her first RIAA Gold certification, Torica went on to perform on national stages, like Jimmy Kimmel Live & Soul Train. You couldn't turn on MTV, BET, or VH1 without hearing thecatchy radio single or seeing the music video. It's very few people who can say they are Grammy-Nominated without ever having a record deal, but Torica can. She began to

emerge as a songwriter, penning songs for Snoop Dogg, Polow Da Don, Rick Ross, Jazze

Pha, and many more of music's biggest names.

Torica is currently prepping the February release of her new EP, A Beautiful Mess. She is on a mission to let the whole world hear her music.
